The day to day management of a company can be all- consuming, and leaders often don’t have the time to step back and look critically at all of the details to compare the plan to what is in practice.
It allows for our team to really dig into your culture, processes, and challenges. We will examine the policies, handbooks, website, and any press releases or news coverage to become more familiar with your company. We will customize activities for you based on our Discovery and to interview, survey and observe the staff to document the policies and procedures that are currently in place. Through candid, confidential conversations we may uncover situations that don’t align with the mission or vision of the company, areas of frustration for staff, and bottlenecks. By closely examining the processes both as they are designed and as they are in practice, we will identify discrepancies that are currently resulting in weaker- than- anticipated results.
Following the Deep Dive, we will conduct additional research and document best practices and propose solutions for the issues that are identified. You will receive a detailed roadmap to guide your journey forward.
